They need protecting with a zinc powder coating.<br>To solve these issues, Soprin has developed a paint containing metallic zinc powder in flake form that can be applied either by brush for small areas, or by spraying for larger surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE ADVANTAGES OF USING ZINCO LIQUIDO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product contains zinc flake powder for optimal cathodic protection;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can apply it with a brush;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can be sprayed without the need for dilution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It dries quickly;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The colour tone is very similar to that of hot-dip galvanising;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The can is resealable to avoid product waste after the first opening;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is non-drip during application (for both brush and spray);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It can be applied on both smooth and rough surfaces;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is an excellent primer for subsequent liquid and powder coatings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product meets the specifications of DIN EN ISO 3549 (table 1 and 2) and ASTM D520 (table 1 &#8212; type II and III).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ZINCO LIQUIDOZinc corrector After hot-dip galvanising, the treated material occasionally needs minor touch-ups due to small defects in the cover or as a result of abrasions during assembly on-site.Sometimes, however, we are faced with extensive surfaces that are not hot-dip galvanized.
