HYDRONET
Acid degreaser: ecological, safe, process accelerating agent.
Cold-rolling and machine processes performed on steel components leave residual oil and grease on the metal surfaces. This oil and grease must be removed to ensure efficient pretreatment of the steel surface before it can be galvanized.
HYDRONET is a chemical degreaser operating at an acid pH. It transforms oils and greases into a flocculant that settles at the bottom of the bath.
HYDRONET: THE ADVANTAGES
- Compatible with the pickling baths, so there is no need to rinse the materials before the pickling stage;
- It performs a pre-pickling operation that enhances the production potential of the pickling stage itself;
- It reduces pickling times, while controlling the aggression of the hydrochloric acid on the steel;
- It works at room temperature (not below 18°C and not over 40°C). For better results, we recommend working at between 30°C and 35°C;
- The solution is easy to handle by simply checking the pH regularly (weekly in large baths, daily in small ones).
