Degreasing is the first pre-treatment stage in the hot-dip galvanizing process. This stage ensures efficient pickling and a quality finished product.
There are several reasons why a dedicated cleanser-degreaser cannot always be installed in galvanizing plants.
HYDRONET-D is the answer to this problem.
HYDRONET-D is a degreaser compatible with hydrochloric acid pickling solutions. It removes oils and grease while items are being dipped in the actual pickling baths.
HYDRONET-D is a multi-purpose concentrated product specially formulated for use in industrial pickling.
HYDRONET-D attacks and disperses oils, grease and surface contaminants found on the materials being treated, thus ensuring subsequent fast and highly efficient action by the acid in the solution on the oxides.
